Through creating open air pavilions and walkways that weave through the site, the aim was to activate the waterfront of New Orleans. The site is located on the Mississippi River at the Crescent Park. By reintroducing the element of water in an engaging, playful, and sensorial way, the hope is to foster a new relationship with water and create a positive place of memory for the city.
